Friendly staff made check-in a bit more bearable.
Check-in took an eternity with only one person present. The breakfast was subpar. I opted to eat elsewhere after the first day. Half of the gym equipment was broken and seemed neglected, and the elevators were incredibly slow.

Perfect for business trips!
I stayed for 2 nights and was super impressed! The room felt modern and comfy, perfect for work. The wifi was lightning-fast. Breakfast was solid too—lots of tasty options and a nice view from the restaurant. Just wish they'd had an iron in the room but that’s no biggie.

We enjoyed our stay with great views and a nice atmosphere. The fitness center was a hit with my brother and me. The staff were attentive, especially during breakfast, making it a pleasant start to our days.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection, including fresh fruit and peanut butter, contributing to a pleasant start each day. The location was ideal, with easy access to stores and parks. However, the aging air conditioning units were disappointing, and the internet service was unreliable. Also, I encountered persistent issues with room keys that often didn't work, making for a frustrating experience overall.

The breakfast buffet had a delightful variety of fresh fruits and pastries.
The air conditioning in my first room was non-functional, and it took a long time to get moved to another room.

The breakfast buffet was a delight, featuring warm bread and a variety of fruits! Our Premium Double Room had a stunning view, and the staff were super friendly, especially the kitchen crew. The location is prime, close to charming spots like Gato Da Felix and Panevino!
Check-in took ages with only one poor soul on duty. The gym? Only half the machines worked. I suspect they've been on a permanent vacation. And, oh boy, the breakfast quality was not up to par, making the outside options way more appealing!

Consider requesting a room away from the noisy corridors for a more restful stay.

missingWrote a review on May 28slow check-inbroken gym
Check-in took forever with just one attendant, which turned into a frustrating wait. The gym equipment was half functional, seemingly undergoing permanent maintenance, which was disappointing for a fitness enthusiast. Breakfast quality was below standard, prompting me to seek options outside the hotel after the first morning. The elevators need an upgrade. expect long waits during peak times. Lastly, the fire alarm lights in the room were excessively bright, making it tough to catch proper sleep.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with great access to parks and shopping. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of foods, including fresh fruits and cold platters.
Despite the nice dining options, the snack selections were quite minimal.
